Alright so we attended the 203k conference in Western Florida and it has been such a great experience we've met so many wonderful people we've got so much knowledge through the whole process more information for our clients to give them to be able to get them to the closing table. It's just been such a great experience this year can't wait for next year can't wait to see what changes in the next year and grows our company from the information we've got today. What do you think baby?
It was great just to meet everybody and hear all of the great tools that we can use and how we can make this more efficient and help people really get into homes that need homes so we're just excited about the change that we can bring to our community and our own home state.
And Kathryn she is such a wonderful person outrageous information she just makes the presentation we never had a dull moment just a great process.
