A short demo by Jaime Smith of the 'Two Step Track Lead' ClickFunnels add-on that fires a Facebook Pixel 'Lead' event when a visitor completes the first step and clicks 'Go to step two' on a two-step order form. The video shows the pixel helper detecting the intended event code on page load (not fired), then firing the Lead event once the user advances to step two.

Hey there. In this video I want to show you a quick demonstration of an add on called two step track lead. And what this does is it fires a lead event, a lead pixel event to your Facebook pixel. And so this is how it works. So we've got, it's intended specifically for a two step order form element. So we've got a two step order form here, we've got the two step order form element on it. And if we take a look when this page loads, we can see we've got a Facebook Pixel helper here. And if we take a look, we've got a lead here that's got a page view and a view content. Those are both green. The lead has got a little warning next to it. If we open this up, it says, hey, warning. We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event. That's exactly what we want actually. So what it's saying is that, hey, there's a code on the page that looks like it wants to fire a Facebook pixel event, but it's not actually firing any data yet. And the reason is because we don't want it to fire until somebody clicks on step two. So they fill out the form, they click go to step two. That's when we want that lead to fire because that's when we've actually captured that information. So what we can do now is we've got this form filled out. If we click go to step two, it's going to take us to step two of our order form. And now if we open up our pixel helper now we can see that we've got the lead and we've got the green check and it's actually good to go on. It's actually fired them over to Facebook. So that is the two step track lead add on. That's what it does is it fires a lead event to Facebook when somebody clicks on go to step two on your two step order form. Hopefully you like it, hopefully you put it good to use.
