5 Beginner Tips To Save Time In Clickfunnels :: CF Pro Tools

Hey, what's up everybody? It's Matt here with CF Pro Tools. And welcome back. In this video, we're going to take a look at five beginner tips that you can use to save time when using ClickFunnels. This will actually be really good for you, even if you're an advanced user. So you can step back in time, check out the basics and use these lessons, these tutorials, these guides, these tips to really go, oh, you know what, I should be going back to this and doing this. This should be a part of my everyday, regular routine, especially if I'm creating new funnels. Alright? So hang with me, I got five tips. You guys won't regret this one. All right, so let's start with number one, plan your funnel in advance. Alright, so before diving into building your funnel, take some time to plan out the flow of your funnel and identify the steps that you want your customers to take and the actions that you want them to perform at each stage of your funnel. This is going to help you guys stay focused and it's going to help you guys to avoid wasting time on unnecessary elements. All right, so use something like guru, use something like Funnellytics. Grab a piece of paper out of your printer and start writing it out. Create a funnel, draw it out like a little stick figure like Russell Brunson would do over at Click Funnels. All right, this is going to help you know what you're going to be selling in advance, know what your lead magnet is going to be in advance, know what it is that your bumps are going to be, your OTOs, know if you're going to have a subscription, and know where it's going to go in the flow of creating your funnel. All right, so plan all of this in advance so that you guys have an idea of what you're doing and how it's going to help you. Start with the end in mind as part of the seven habits of highly successful people. Alright, so that's number one. Start with the end in mind. Plan your funnel in advance. You won't regret that one. Alright? Number two, use templates. ClickFunnels has a library of pre designed templates that you guys can use as a starting point for your funnel. You can customize these templates to fit your brand, your messaging. This is gonna save you guys time and effort in designing the funnel from scratch. Okay? So if you're not familiar with the funnel builder or you haven't built a lot of funnels, use the templates. They come in the order that they need to be There are certain page types that need to be used for certain actions, like an order page. I've seen people try to create order pages on opt in pages and it won't work. Or vice versa. If you want to have an opt in page but you're using an order page, again, it won't work. So you have to have those pages in the right page types. You have to have them in the right order in order for those to work. If you want to avoid trying to figure most of that out, just use a template. You can grab those in the marketplace on Click Funnels. You can grab those, you could Google that. You can get on Google and say, I want free funnel templates for click Funnels. And trust me, you will find plenty of them. All right, so that's one way to do that. Check out all those places. You'll find something. Let's move on to number three. But just know using templates is going to save you time unless you're a real OCD like me. And you just like to start everything from scratch. All right, moving on, let's check out number three, Automate, where possible. This one's fun. I love automation. I love creating things that just take that take the burden off of you as the, as the funnel builder, as the user, so that you can create something once, automate it and then step away from it so that you can go build something else. Okay. Click Funnels in and of itself has several automation features that can save you time and effort. For example, you can set up automated email sequences to follow up with leads. You can use actionetics now it's called Follow Up Funnels. You can use that feature to automate your marketing campaigns. If you already have something set up like AWeber or ActiveCampaign, you can connect. There's integrations built into ClickFunnels Classic. There's integrations now set up with CF 2.0 so you can connect to ActiveCampaign, you can connect to AWeber. You can use programs like Zapier to do a lot of different things. Zapier could be a video all of its own. Mental note. Don't forget to make a video about Zapier and tell you guys all about the cool things that you can automate with Zapier because that's just amazing in and of itself. Definitely way too much to cover here. But just know that that stuff is out there. Know that you guys can take that burden off you. That's why we have the Internet. That's why we have Internet marketing. It's so that we can quickly and easily create these funnels and then move on. Because they're automated. They're like little robots in the system making you money. So use those to your advantage, please. Okay? They're there for you, I promise you. All right, let's go on to the next one number, I believe. Test and optimize. Okay, Testing and optimizing might seem like something that should come later, or it doesn't seem like it would be a simple, easy task, but it's really not bad. Clickfunnels makes it pretty easy. Once you've built your funnel, it's important to test it and to optimize it over time so you get better results. Okay, See what works best. Use A B testing to compare different variations. You've got your control, you've got your variation. Compare them next to each other inside of clickfunnels, they make it real easy for you. This is gonna save you time and money in the long run. By ensuring that you're getting the most out of your funnel, making sure that you're getting exactly what you should with the full optimization, you're gonna increase your return on investment, your roi. Okay, Real simple, real quick. It's all built in. There's of course, third party options out there, but why not use, you know what's there right up front? Let's go on to the next one. All right. Utilize Click Funnels Resources. Okay. Clickfunnels has a ton of resources. There's a lot of people out there that are backing up. They have like little sub communities of clickfunnels. There's the clickfunnels community in and of itself. And then you've got communities and resources like CF Pro Tools. All right. Clickfunnels in and of itself has that wealth of of resources available to you to help you get started and make the most of their platform. These include video tutorials, webinars, additional communities, additional community forums where you guys can connect like a Facebook group with other clickfunnels users, get to know them, and then kind of mastermind together. Okay? Take advantage of these resources to learn new tips and tricks and save time in the process.
