YouTube tutorial (April 4, 2024) by Jaime Smith featuring Matt demonstrating ClickFunnels 2.0 “workflows” — built-in automations analogous to Zapier zaps. Matt shows how to create a workflow via Marketing → Workflow, choose triggers (page view, opt-in, purchase, membership tier change), and add actions (send email, enroll/unenroll in courses, tag contacts, add notes, notify team, grant/revoke community access). He also explains conditional splits, delays, triggering other workflows to avoid clutter, and integrating with third-party email/CRM systems (ActiveCampaign, AWeber, Constant Contact). Video ends with a CTA for the CF Kickstart 2.0 program (links in description).

Hey, it's Matt, and I wanted to ask you real quick. Did you know that you can do, like, zaps, like what Zapier does inside ClickFunnels 2.0? So you can set triggers and follow on actions inside of ClickFunnels 2.0 based on whether somebody goes to a page. Maybe they just view the page, maybe they opt in, maybe they buy something, maybe they upgrade or downgrade a tier of service. Here's how that looks. So if you go into your ClickFunnels account, you go to your marketing tab, and then you go into your workflow. So you have to add a workflow. Your workflow is your zap. What you're gonna do is you're gonna set up one of those triggers that we just talked about, and then you're gonna set up a. An action. And so this is just a random workflow that I've already created. You can set up one of those triggers like we talked about, and then click on the plus button down here to enroll somebody in a course or send an email. You can set up a conditional split path. So that way you can kind of have like an if then statement, like, hey, if they buy this product, send them down this path. If they buy this product, send them down this other road. Or you could do whatever you want. Maybe you want to have a delay. So if you're sending out emails, you want to put in a delay so that it sends that email out like the next day and not like 20 emails all at once. So if you have a bunch of emails, you have to put a delay in there or something, right? So there's that. You could trigger another workflow, maybe have it. Maybe based on what action they take, you want to trigger a whole nother workflow. That way you don't clog up this workflow and just have one big old workflow, right? Who knows? So you might want to tag somebody, you might want to add a note. Maybe somebody downgrades and you want to add a note to their account to say, hey, maybe we need to go contact this person and try to resell them into something. Maybe you want to notify either yourself or somebody on your team. That's an option. Enroll them in courses, unenroll them in courses, grant them community access or revoke community access. Another big one. Maybe you have ActiveCampaign or AWeber or Constant Contact. You can integrate those with ClickFunnels 2.0, and then you can actually integrate a workflow so that if somebody opts in or purchases, you can add them to a list and tag them on those third party systems. Lot going on. I hope you guys are enjoying what you're seeing. One more thing, I want to give you guys access to our CF Kickstart 2.0 program where we talk about workflows and setting up your funnels and just really getting this entire thing going. It'll really give you a much more well rounded look at the workflows and clickfunnels 2.0 as a whole. Okay links in the description. I'll see you guys in another video. Take care.
