Use These 5 Simple Tricks To Get Higher Conversions

Matt (speaker) presents quick, actionable tips to increase conversions focused around simplicity and testing. Key recommendations: keep funnels short (roughly ≤3–4 pages), use simple order pages with a single product and at most one bump, avoid excessive styling/animations, split-test headlines/images/video/graphics, and prioritize launching a simple funnel over endlessly polishing it. Examples referenced include an "Eric Th mighty workshops" order page and the "Traffic Secrets" lead-playbook headline.

Hey, what's up? It's Matt, and I want to make a video to show you how you can get more conversions doing some simple things that anybody could do, as long as they have click funnels. Let's talk about simplicity. Yeah, I know. It's fun. It's great. We love looking at the strategy. We love taking out a piece of paper. We're using, you know, whatever program it is that you like to use to map out all these funnels and go. If they do this, then they go here, then they go here. What if they say this or click this button and they go here, and then they go over here and they go into this other funnel, and then they make this choice, and it's like this really great, big, long, huge. Some kind of a variation of a make your own adventure funnel that really doesn't have a name. Or it's like it was supposed to be maybe a webinar funnel or something, but it morphed into something completely different. And that's not what we're looking for. We're looking for simplicity. If you have a funnel that goes beyond like, three, maybe four pages max, it might be too long. There might be too much going on, and your customer might get confused. So the idea is that we keep things simple for them. The simplicity is the theme that will run through everything that I'm about to say. Okay, let's look at Eric Th mighty workshops. There's one product at the end of this. Not two, not three, not five. There's not a whole bunch of crazy things going on here. And there's one bump. One bump. So that's what your order page should consist of. Just one product, one bump, and maybe an image like this. Keep it real simple, real simplistic. Maybe some extra coding like CF Pro Tools. You could do something like this and just add in a bump image to make it a little bit more intriguing, a little bit more interesting, right? So these are the kinds of things that are going to get you conversions. Not going all crazy and going wild and going, hey, you know, let's put every color of the rainbow in there and make this. Everybody will be like, whoa, this is totally cool. Or animations. People get crazed and going over all these different animations buttons with this cool gradient slide thing going on. I mean, it's cool. It's fun to have all the styling in there calling attention to itself. But if you're buying something and you're looking at this, you know it needs to be clicked on. It's not our first time on The Internet, right? So keep your funnels simple, keep your copy simple and everything will turn out okay. Well, what about traffic secrets? Have you guys been here in a while? There's again, real simple things that you want to be able to do to make your pages convert. And maybe you want to split test your video. Maybe you want to split test an image that you have on your page. Maybe split testing the graphic that's used or a headline. That's one of the easiest things that you can split test is just simply the headline that's being used in this case. Claim a free copy of the Underground traffic playbook to get hundreds or even thousands of hungry buyers to your websites and, and your funnels. Okay? People want to get people on their websites, they want traffic, they want that traffic flow because that's where customers are going to come from. So this should reach out to people. And I'm guessing that this headline was probably over time tested and they may have had other ones. I don't remember specifically, but this is a good headline. It's simplistic in nature. It tells people what they're going to get and they're just trying to sell a book. So little things like that, little things like click to turn on the sound, keep it simple, but make it effective. And that's what you need to get more conversion. So remember, an okay funnel is better seen. So get it out there than, than a funnel that's really amazing that you spent hours and hours and days and days, weeks and weeks on that. Never gets seen because you never launch it, you never turn it on. Right? So, okay, hopefully you guys like that. Remember, provide a solution to a problem and keep things simple. Keep split testing. Don't be lazy. Get out there and make sure you do a split test every now and then because what's converting at 2% might convert at 5% with a different color or a different image or a different, even a different font for your copy over here. Okay, so lots of stuff going on. Let me know if you have any questions. Hopefully you guys have found this helpful and I will talk to you guys later. All right, see you.
