In this educational video, Dr. Charles Pereyra, a board‑certified physician, walks viewers through a single patient’s six‑month journey after receiving a live stem‑cell/exosome injection for hair restoration. He begins with a disclaimer that the content is not medical advice and then presents month‑by‑month photographs, noting that little change is visible through month 3, after which hair density gradually improves, culminating in a pronounced transformation by months 5‑6. Dr. Pereyra explains the hypothesized mechanism—angiogenesis, or new blood‑vessel growth beneath the scalp, which supplies nutrients to hair follicles—drawing an analogy to irrigating soil before planting seeds. He emphasizes that the therapy is experimental, results can vary, and the observed timeline reflects a delayed but potentially significant effect. The physician contrasts this approach with long‑term medication regimens (which he says lead to hair loss when stopped) and surgical hair transplants (which may require multiple procedures over years if the scalp isn’t properly prepared). He also shares personal anecdotal success and mentions another patient who responded similarly with a two‑step protocol. Concluding, Dr. Pereyra acknowledges the two common viewer reactions—excitement over the six‑month result versus impatience for quicker outcomes—then encourages interested viewers to click links in the description or on‑screen to assess eligibility and learn more about the procedure.

One of the most common asked questions I get is, what will my hair look like after getting a stem cell exosome procedure? In this video, I'm going to go over a specific case with a person using stem cell therapy for hair restoration and what it looks like month over month. For context, my name is Dr. Charles and I'm a board-certified medical doctor, but this is not medical advice. It is purely for informational and educational purposes only. If you're looking for advice, please please talk to your medical doctor. With that being said, let's jump right in and take a look at this person's unique case. So as you can see in month 1, this patient here had a significant pattern baldness. Now what they used was only a live stem cell therapy solution. And what happened in this case from month 1 to month 6 was incredibly profound. So as you can see again, in the case here, after the initial procedure, this patient's result looked about the same. As this from month 1 all the way to about month 3. So why was this the case? So to understand more about this, we need to take a brief look into how stem cells and exosome therapy may actually work in the first place. So what happens is stem cell and exosome therapy is thought to get to the root cause, which is the potential mechanism for how it may work in the first place. And when we say root cause, we mean attacking the blood vessel supply, among many other things. This is called angiogenesis, or new blood vessel growth. Now what happens here is that this may actually be leading to new blood vessel formation underneath the scalp itself, leading to healthier, better nutrients being delivered to the follicle, which is the proposed mechanism. Again, it's still experimental, but this is one of the ways that we think it may work. It's exactly like irrigating your soil and making sure you have a healthy nutrient supply before planting any seed. And so while this is taking place, the first 3 months, you may not see any results at all. Now, when going past that to the third month, what you're seeing here now is significant more density, but still a little bit of baldness and shiny areas in the scalp. This is a great sign and signals that this client is likely having a benefit from a myriad of aspects of a stem cell therapy solution, which we'll talk about the other four listed on this slide here in another video. However, when we move past this month and now go to the next month, we're seeing even more density with a very minimal area of the scalp actually being exposed. However, when we go towards month 5 to month 6, this is what the hair is looking like, which is a complete difference from where we first started over here just a short few months ago. So while the results may be slightly delayed, a lot of patients, when getting a live stem cell exosome therapy solution, may have pronounced results. Now, this is just a single case, and results may of course vary as with any other type of procedure. And it's important to note these are in the experimental stages, but what we're starting to see is some incredibly promising results. And it wasn't just this patient. I actually utilized some of these techniques myself and went from looking like this to this, as well as another patient which we recently had here, which in just a few short months went from looking like this to this with our two-step procedure. So a lot of people may be thinking one of two things. One being, this is incredible, it only took me 6 months, and now I may even get to keep my hair. The other school of thought may be, well, this took 6 months, I don't really want to wait 6 months, and what if the results aren't as great as I wanted them to be? Now, for me, it's important to remember that really the only other options out there are heavy medication-based, which you need to take long-term and usually every day in order to get minimal results to even any kind of pronounced results. And in my experience, when I stopped taking the medications is when my hair completely fell out. What I've also seen with our clients is people who actually decide to get the transplant themselves and go the surgical route, if they're not properly preparing the scalp, they may need 2 or even 3 hair transplants, and some even in the range of just 2 to 5 years, meaning they're getting multiple hair transplants in this time. And so when you consider these factors, I actually think 6 to 12 months to have any result is pretty promising. And again, it's experimental, experimental, but it's something that is incredible, meaning that this is something that was done on a single session. And yeah, it maybe takes 6 months, but the results, in my opinion, looked incredible.
