The first thing that happens is we need to make sure that you qualify for this procedure. So we'll make sure one of our trained specialists goes through a series of questions over a video conference call to make sure that you have all the information that you need and to also see if you are in fact a candidate for a procedure at Springs. We have strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, but if you are a candidate, we'll move you on to the next stage and you'll speak with an onboarding specialist that'll go through all of your history and make sure that you're properly prepared for a procedure. Once you're properly prepared, you'll have regular text reminders to help you go through your pre-procedure materials. And then on the day of your consultation, you'll be able to speak with the physician staff and the clinical team, which will walk you through each step of the process. And most procedures take anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes, and you're in and out the same day where you'll get a post-procedure protocol with regular follow-up to make sure that you are on your path to a successful recovery at Springs Rejuvenation.
