Dr. Charles Pereyra explains the stem shot, a three-step procedure using numbing cream so effective patients feel only pressure during injection. The treatment uses stem cells and exosomes to improve blood supply and repair damaged tissue, addressing root causes of dysfunction rather than symptoms.

Can you walk us through the procedure itself? Obviously, there's a tiny needle going into a sensitive area. Is it painful for them?
So we use a very unique triple numbing cream. So it has 3 different ingredients to completely numb the area. In fact, one of our patients was kind enough to let us put a video camera on his face while he was doing it just to show how non-painful it was. And he didn't even realize when the needle was going in, essentially. He's like, he just felt like pressure on the side. And so if it's done right, it can be virtually painless. The stem shot is really a 3-step protocol. That we've been working with for a while with thousands of patients. And it's something that I personally like because I believe it gets to the root cause of the issue. So while stem cells and exosomes are still considered experimental, there is for me an overwhelming amount of research showing the potential to get to the root cause, which is really that blood supply and helping damaged tissue in that area, which like any organ, if you damage the blood supply or tissues, you're not going to have a great function of it. So
