This is a YouTube video titled "Day in the life of the CEO of a Fractional CFO Firm 💸" featuring Charles Leikauf describing his daily routine as the CEO of a fractional CFO firm, including client financial reviews, mentoring, and personal time with his dog. The content is a monologue by Charles Leikauf recorded in late 2024.
Here's the day in the life of a CEO of a fractional CFO firm. So the first thing I do is I wake up and I gotta get my coffee in me. I have an espresso maker. It is fantastic. The next thing I do is I hop on and I look at all my clients financials, update models, see how they're doing, build up some forecast projections. The next thing after that is I'm either having problems with clients or mentoring fractional CFOs on how to grow their own firm. I love my community. And finally I close out the day with spending quality time with my dog Alice. Isn't he the best.
