This is a YouTube video titled "Lazy work..." containing a monologue or talk recorded in June 2024. The speaker discusses a personal philosophy on working smarter by creating maximum value for clients while minimizing effort, focusing on business mindset and value creation strategies. There is only one speaker and no indication of a conversation involving Charles Leikauf.
So we've all heard the phrase working smarter, not harder. That's something I really believe in. But I like to work lazy. And what I mean by that is I want to work the smallest amount possible for the largest return. And I've kind of figured out a cheat code in order to do that. And so my school of thought is on pricing, on value, on delivery, or whatever it is, is to create the most amount of value possible for my clients, right. For my fractional CFO clients or some of my coaching clients, and get a larger percentage of that possible for me. And what I found is when I've done that and saw that in my business, I had other friends and other clients who saw that kind of thinking into their business. Not only are they working a lot less, but they're earning a lot more. And it sounds like a subtle mindset shift, and there's a lot of things that go into that. But if you think of how much value can I create, and can I create more of it, and can I get more of that for myself, you're going to be happy, your client's going to be happy, and your life and your business are going to flourish.
