Sales isn't about convincing people to buy. It's about understanding what hurts your client and offering a real solution. A fractional CFO explains how to grow by focusing on pain points and benefits instead of the pitch.
Sales is not about getting people to buy. It's about giving them the right reason to buy. So first off, oftentimes people think about their services. Services. Your client doesn't care about your services, so they care about their needs. Now, when you're going sales, it's not always about their, their needs. How do you get that? You want to talk about your solutions to their pain points. And then finally we're going to talk about their benefits. What are the benefits? What does it do for them to have fixed cash flow?
