This is a YouTube video titled "Use this script to book appointments for your CFO Firm" containing a monologue or instructional talk recorded on May 29, 2024. The speaker discusses strategies for improving appointment booking scripts for CFO firms, focusing on message structure and client engagement techniques. There is only one speaker, and the content is instructional rather than conversational.
The DM appointment center script is the exact same as the like, hour long phone call, which is truncated. Where are you? What's happening? What's helped you back from getting there? Where do you want to go? And if I could get you there, would it be worth a quick conversation? These need to be more spread out in like the sentences or you just have a really long. That's one way. The other way is you have a really long message. It's like, hey, insert business owner. Nice to meet you. I had a client save, you know, $200,000 a year on taxes recently, and I also built a budget and a forecast to get them financial clarity to manage their cash flows. These are things that I'm excellent at. Have you ever had issues like this? That would be the other way to go about it? They both work. I've done them both. Those would be the two ways to go about it. Looks like just a little bit of tweaking here with a little bit more cautious of who's getting in front of, and I think it'll be better.
