Now, when I put this webinar together, there were 3 things that I wanted to address in terms of liminal leadership, and I'd like to make these promises to you so that we can kind of unpack the rest of the content. The first one is that we want to— beg your pardon— we want to learn how to notice emerging signals of change. How do we pay attention to this? What is the secret or the trick to that? The second thing we want to explore is how do we hold multiple potential futures in our brains at the same time without going crazy? That I have— what is the mechanism for that? And the third thing is, how do we as leaders develop a future-oriented voice? And my voice is going to get lost in a moment. Just hold on. For my speaker friends, I promise that I warmed my voice up this morning, but it doesn't seem to have helped. All right, so how do we notice those emerging signals? How do we hold potential multiple futures? And how do we develop a future-oriented voice or practice or response to the future?
