He contends that these new challenges demand a fresh leadership approach, which he outlines in his book Rise of the Warrior Leader. The framework emphasizes three pillars: (1) building resilience and fostering psychological safety so employees feel supported and can innovate; (2) encouraging creativity, problem‑solving, and innovation within a safe environment; and (3) promoting ownership‑driven leadership, where every individual, regardless of direct task responsibility, feels a stakeholder’s sense of responsibility for the organization’s success.
