If you're looking for a futurist keynote speaker for your client or for an upcoming event, then please may I introduce myself. I am Charlotte Kemp, Futures Alchemist, international keynote speaker and workshop leader. I address futures-related topics all the way from the sexy and exciting artificial intelligence and ChatGPT, self-driving cars, all the way to the fundamental building blocks of how we design our future society and how we need to learn futures literacy. Depending on the needs of the event or the client, my presentation could be technical and cautious, or perhaps it could be imaginative where we explore speculative futures. It could also be philosophical where we unpack the ethics and changing norms that we are experiencing. It can also be fun and themed and certainly motivational and inspiring. What won't change, though, are my fundamental values about how we think about the future. I believe that futures are co-created and that they should be inclusive rather than exclusive. I believe that we are all natural futurists, but we can become better, more conscious futurists with an intentional application to learn some techniques. And thirdly, that we have more agency over the future than we often believe. And that is a message I love to leave with an audience, allowing them to know in their hearts and minds that they have agency over the future and that they are not victims. Of course, I have some standard topics that I often share, and 2 of them are listed on this page below. One about Future Shock to Polycrisis, how we are coping with the exponential pace of the world, and the second one about Intelligence Amplified, how humans and artificial intelligence can interact and create new opportunities. But while I have those standard topics, I really enjoy working with the client to try and create something new based on their needs. Perhaps the company is going through some kind of change, or there are changes happening to that profession or to that industry sector, or maybe there's some other kind of change management process happening in the organization, and we need a futures conversation in order to kick that off.
