Hi there, my name is Lawrence Brown, speaker and author of the books, The Driver of Change and Being in the Right Place at the Right Time Is a Planned Strategy. I'm based out in the beautiful Mother City, Cape Town, South Africa. And my books and presentations are based on my personal journey of progressing from a job as a delivery driver to finding myself in London presenting on South African income tax to becoming a brand ambassador for one of the world's leading financial services firms. The books and presentations are aimed at inspiring employees to find opportunities within their own organizations and shows them how you can develop your skills in a non-traditional way, how employees can align personal goals with the goals of the organization, but most importantly, how they can create opportunities at work to make their journey more exciting. If you're looking for a message of inspiration for your team about how employees can find opportunities within their own organizations and maximize their true potential, please feel free to reach out to me.
