I am Tigeleti Seleka. I am a business performance coach and the founding CEO of Dynamic Teams Coaching. I am also a professional speaker. In my speaking profession, I speak of resilience. Now, if you speak of resilience, it means that you go against all odds. It means that you go against what history tells us. You go against what reality that you are facing tells you. You go against the voices in your head and even perhaps the voices around you. You keep believing in yourself or in your organization or in your businesses. I talk about resilience. Having gone for the first 2 years of my business without a single client, I have a lot to share when it comes to resilience. Second, I speak of purpose. Now, purpose— I believe that it is the engine behind who we are. It is what gets us out of bed. It has to be about the bigger picture. You've got to be working towards something bigger than you, because when you believe that you achieve it against everything. You will stand up and you will keep pushing against the disappointments and against the regrets. Thirdly, I am very big on values. I work— my work is based on values-based system. So I believe that what I say I am and what I say I stand for, it should not be only what I say, but you should feel it. You should experience experience it. It shouldn't look good on your walls or read good on your website, but I should experience when I walk through your corridors, when I interact with you. That for me is what stands out— culture and value alignment. I thank you.
