Hey there friends. Bjork here. Say this week we're going to take a break from our normal scheduled podcast because it just didn't seem right to talk about the things that we normally talk about and we wanted to give space for more important conversations for those who know us. We're in Minnesota, in the Twin Cities where one week ago George Floyd was killed. And since then the justified and important protests have been happening and along with that, riots that have impacted small business owners and had ripple effects on the lives of people in difficult and heavy ways. We're heartbroken, we're crying, we're talking, we're having conversations and want to make space for those conversations to continue to happen. And that's why we're going to take a break from doing our normal podcast this week. I want to point you towards the post that will be published today on Pinch of Yum. And the Pinch of Yum team has been working on pulling together some resources and it's one of the great benefits that we have of having an incredible team is also having access and resources in a situation like this. So would encourage you to check that out and want to point you to that as the most important thing that you can be doing today. And also want to let you know that we'll be making a donation, a $5,000 donation, and splitting that between the Lake Street Council, which is a non profit that's helping the businesses that were looted or destroyed in the riots to rebuild in the NAACP as well. I would encourage you to check out that post on Pinch of Yum, divert some of that attention that you otherwise would have had towards thinking about ways to build your blog or your business or, you know, advance your cause to think about some other important causes that are worthy of advancing. Thanks for following along. Thanks for finding ways to get a little bit better, not just within your business but, but in other really important ways like understanding racial injustice and inequality. And I will make a promise to you to continue to try and do that as well. We will be back to podcast, but we don't know exactly what that will look like, how we'll start up in when we'll do that. But I did want to come on for a short little update to let you know about that. Appreciate you and this audience and am grateful for this chance to be able to connect with you. Thanks.
