What are the Time Requirements For The CRO Accelerator Course?

The CRO Accelerator course requires different time commitments across its phases. The speaker breaks down what participants should expect to invest each week to complete the program successfully.
So another thing to note that people ask a lot is what's the time requirement to take this course? Boy, Warren, it sounds like a lot of work. Well, look, it's like anything, you know, within each cohort that I put together, I see the normal things where there's always going to be people whom just have a propensity to really dig into things and put a lot of work into something, and other people who don't, even in a small group. It happens. But the people that get the most out of the course are the ones that really, you know, do the work. What does that mean? So the, the first five or six weeks is not much. I mean, as I mentioned, I send content ahead of each session, which is roughly an hour's worth of content. You have to look at it and look at it and read it, or watch a video and maybe look at it a couple of times to familiar, familiarize yourself with it. And then there's the sessions themselves, which are an hour. I think the real heavy lifting starts during what I mentioned before is the live case study phase, which is when now you're going to be actually working on a project with your other cohort members, and that's up to you. I mean, I'm endeavoring to have people put out the best quality. Most of the people that I have in these courses are real professionals and they put a lot of work into things and they're pretty smart. It can be 5 a 6 hour project, depending upon how much work you take on and how well you can coordinate with your cohort members. So I would say on average, we're looking at probably initially a couple hours a week, and then maybe three or four hours a week near the end. That's about how much time you should expect to put into the course.
