The Foreclosure in California

In this monologue, the speaker denounces Kamala Harris for admitting mortgage fraud while claiming she helped women, arguing that under Harris' tenure women who sued banks were crushed by a corrupt California judicial system. The speaker details personal losses of $350,000 from a foreclosed Santa Cruz home, alleging judicial fraud by Judge Philip Gutierrez and Judge Dolly Gee, who dismissed or mischaracterized the plaintiff’s causes of action. The narrative cites statistics that 91% of homeowner mortgage lawsuits in California were dismissed at the pleading stage in 2012, and describes how banks such as IndyMac, Wells Fargo, and Countrywide used predatory loans and illegal foreclosures. The speaker accuses political figures—Kamala Harris, Dianne Feinstein, and their spouses—of profiting from these foreclosures through no‑bid contracts and settlements that favored bank attorneys. Personal background is provided (engineer, law degree, single mother) to illustrate the speaker’s claim of being a “middle‑class white woman” targeted by the system. The monologue concludes with a call for court reform and announces a forthcoming republished book on the foreclosure crisis of single women.

Kamala's husband is a rich Jewish attorney like Feinstein. You know, I grew up in Detroit, Michigan. On the poor side of life. I was raised by a single mother in subsidized housing, and as a high school dropout, I went back to college and earned two engineering degrees from Western Michigan University, being voted the outstanding student for the entire engineering college. When I moved to California decades ago, I earned a master's degree in engineering from the University of California in Santa Barbara. And then a law degree. Society told me that if I worked hard, I would receive payoffs for my family. This is the rhetoric I believed when deciding to bring my son into the world by myself. I chose not to abort. But in California, the fact that I worked so hard to own a home in a desirable place like the Mesa meant that instead of receiving support and recognition for my hard work, as I was always led to believe, my life was instead targeted by banksters and corrupt attorneys. I feel like I'm just a raw piece of meat. If you're a class person, you do not want Kamala Harris and Joe Biden to destroy the Electoral College. If they do, California politics will rule our nation. Do you know that California has the highest inequality in the nation? And inequality here is by design. There's a story available on Amazon called The Foreclosure Crisis of Single Women. Read it. It's very valuable information if you're truly interested in the truth about Kamala Harris's allegation or, or claim to fame that she helped women during the foreclosure crisis in the middle class. No, she didn't. I wrote the judge's oath. Do you know the judge's oath is to give equal right to the poor and to the rich? Isn't that hilarious? When I heard that, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. So watch for my book to be republished early next year. It is my call for badly needed court reform.
