How to pitch an idea tip number 15: Say what resources are needed. You're going to need resources to build, design, implement, support, run, maintain, and even at the end of life close down your idea. Whatever you're trying to pitch, there's going to be resources needed. Those resources might be money, people, special equipment, particular skill sets you can't find within your organization. If you don't make it clear what resources are needed, the people you're pitching to won't be able to completely understand or evaluate your idea. So when you're pitching your idea, make sure you make it clear what resources you need for your idea to be a success.
