How to write great emails, tip number 1: put the topic in the subject line. When you start writing an email, the first thing that you should write, and the first thing that people see, is the subject line. That's what they see in their inbox. Whatever you want to write about, whatever you want to talk about or communicate, make sure the topic is clear in the subject line. If you don't do this, when people scan their email inboxes, they might not understand the importance, relevance, or topic of your message. If the topic is in the subject line, they will see what the message is about before they open it and read it. So how do you do it? You just put a couple of words to say what the name of the topic is. Name the project, name the team, name the situation, name the client you want to talk about. If you're asking for help on a particular item or a task, say that in the subject line. So when you want to write great emails, Make sure you start by putting the topic in the subject line.
