Today, we distributed $73,189 for this RV park that we bought four months ago outside of Baton Luge, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Here's what we did to this park since purchasing we renovated the cabin porches. We added LED lights to the lake. We added one gig fiber. We made electrical repairs. We fixed all the roads. We bought an ice maker for the tenants. We purchased a tractor for the brush cutting. We replaced furniture in a few of their homes. And a whole ton stuff. Whole bunch more stuff. I love Baton Rouge, and I love RV parks. You know, people crap on us because all you do is raise rents. You got we're improving the value of their lives and they love living there, which is why our occupancy goes up. So if you're ever interested in investing in RV parks, hit me a comment below.
