Chris Larsen describes quitting his job after realizing employers underpay relative to true worth. He built financial independence through real estate and buying businesses, reclaiming 40+ hours per week and redirecting income into generational wealth.
I would walk to and from my job every single day. A mile and a half, both ways, done a thousand times. The last time, walking to my car for the very last time, I felt like I was walking on clouds. Because I knew I would never, ever need a job again. And so, for everybody, listen. For you listening, I want you to realize that whatever you're getting paid by your boss, you are not getting paid what you're worth. You're worth so much more than anybody could ever pay you. And this is all you'll know. Your boss is paying you just enough to keep you working without quitting, but not so much money. It takes money out of their pocket. If they paid you what you were worth, they would go broke. So instead, what I did was I found a way to provide for myself and my family and then take 40 plus hours of my life back every single week. And now I invest in more real estate and I build businesses. I buy businesses that make me money every single month. But all that money goes back into my real estate because then that's generational that I would literally give to my kids.
