Like right now, today I have more dollar amount of property tied up, meaning I have letters of intent or I have signed purchase agreements on assets that I'm buying, I'm buying. I have more under contract today than I ever have in my 25 year career. I'm seeing opportunities to sell my low return on equity properties, move into larger properties. And exactly as what I just illustrated in example, that's the smaller of one of the deals that we're going after right now that we can drastically increase the cash flow and the return on equity.
