Chris Larsen argues that staying in your comfort zone isn't always bad. Sometimes focusing on your strengths and avoiding unnecessary risks is the smarter move for your career.
Everybody needs to either do what they're doing now that they're really good at. There's times in your journey, in your career where you take chances and you speculate right now just might not be. That just doesn't mean you sit on the sidelines, not get in the game. It doesn't tell you not to keep shooting. It just tells me now to take the shots that I'm super, super comfortable with, but shoot a lot in that arena. Stay there. You have the team. It's just not something right now that I would be taking more aggressive approaches.
