I ran a hedge fund for a while as, as a. As a stock market trader, my best timing indicator pinged market tops and bottoms. You know what? It was my mother. So, mom, mom would call and bob, back up the truck, buy everything. Right now it's only going up. And I say, thank you so much, Mom. So, so, so, so, so, yeah, yeah. And then she would say, get out of the market. Bail. Bail quick. It's all going down. And that's the time to buy. Thank you so much, Mom. I buy. And when. When everybody is bullish, then who is left to buy more? That's right. Right. No one. They've already bought. When everybody is. When everybody is bearish, who's left to sell off? No one. Everybody's sold. Everybody's going to sell. And so what happens is the market always reverses on sentiment. And so your sentiment is your worst enemy, your mindset. And I go through all these mindsets in the book.
