Chris Larsen breaks down how to set one concrete quarterly goal in health, wealth, social, and personal enrichment. Pick measurable targets like weighing 175 lb at 9% body fat, then list the repeatable routines that get you there: three strength workouts, two bike rides, specific sleep times.
So when you outline those four categories health, wealth, social self, and personal enrichment, what I want you to do next is to distill this down into one big goal for each of these categories for this quarter. Q2 so, for instance, and I've used this as an example a lot of times, my goal for my health is to weigh 175 pounds at 9% body fat. But what does that look like? Three strength workouts, two bike rides, getting up on time, getting to bed on time. These are very clear goals, very clear action items that I could actually hand to somebody else that they could repeat, and they should be easy to understand. And if you give them to somebody else that is a clone of you, they should achieve the same result.
