You should put a cap on the number of years someone can actually collect a voucher. But, but alongside that, there needs to be some and this is where I think the overhaul needs to come in. There needs to be some community or countywide outreach effort with these voucher holders to help them educate themselves to get out of the situation that they're in. Great. Right. Job creation, education, trade, stuff like that to help these people kind of level themselves up and out of this program where they put a yearly if they put a timeline cap on and they required these people to take part in this education could really help bring these people out of this welfare program, which opens those vouchers back up for other people that need it. Right. That's a. I love that. What a great. Yeah. What a great idea. Yeah.
