You have to say no to a thousand or maybe ten thousand distractions to say yes to your one thing. Yes. Great quote. Yeah. Warren Buffett and Bill Gates met at a dinner for the very first time, and they were all each asked by Bill's mother to down the secret of success on a piece of paper. And they traded those, and they both had the same answer. And that was focus. Yeah. So that's my lesson. And if I had to do over again, I would have. I mean, if I could have ideally had a crystal ball, I would have chosen commercial real estate at a very young age and just stayed in that lane.
