Take about 90% of it back out. So if it's established correctly, if you have a, a person you might know that knows how to engineer those correctly yourself, right? You, you, you know, you, you, you've overfunded, right? You put up paid, paid up additions. You have to, you know, turn back it and so forth, right? But then you pull out that money, you know, and that loan is actually cheaper than that, that even that securities backload. So that might have been like prime, right? Prime plus one. Maybe this one is like, I think my latest one I took out is like 5 point 25% interesting.
