Typically 5+% return.
One of the problems that a lot of people have is their cash isn't really doing much for them in between deals. So what we're doing is before you route your money into the investment, we're setting up these high cash value life insurance policies. And then as soon as you're ready to invest, you're able to borrow against that account to go out and make the exact same investments that you were going to do anyways. But the benefit, by getting it through the policies, your money is going to be earning a much more significant return. Typically, you know, a 5 plus percent return, it's safe, it's predictable, we know how the cash value is going to grow every year. And additionally we get a lot of tax advantages. So your money's growing in there tax free. But by utilizing the loan provision, you're able to actually have your money continually compounding on a guaranteed basis in your policy and use that those same funds to invest. So now you can have your money working for you in two places at the same time.
