I like having my AI play sort of devil's advocate where it challenges my ideas. AI is intrinsically sycophantic, so you have to train it. You have to tell it that you want it to do this critical process against your thoughts so that you can take your idea, have the AI review it, punch some holes through it so that your idea can come out stronger on the other end.
