One of the real characteristics that enables the scalability of that organization is the fearless leader to recognize that, to a certain extent, he has become his own ceiling in that he's always done it, he's always been able to do all of it, and now I'm out of time. And if I'm really going to evolve this business, I've got to be able to delegate things into other people that I trust and rely on. And the ability to let go of those vines to elevate themselves into doing what they're really grade A world-class at. Is part of the evolution of the business.
