And it is a difficult thing as a small business owner doing, working on your business versus in your business. And I'm finally able to, over the last probably 2 to 3 years, really start focus on working on the business versus in the business. So, and I give thanks to my team for that.
That's wonderful. And I think successful delegation also comes when you have a wonderful culture, and you do within your organization. I know that culture's very important to you. Yes. So let's talk a little bit about how you got there and how you built it. Okay. Because I think it's really important for the audience to hear, handing things off and delegation is important. To the point where you have the right people in the right part of the organization that you can trust, that you can move forward with, is really important.
