Leaders, much like the rest of us, get comfortable in our communications, are comfortable in the way we speak to each other. And all of a sudden, things are changing, things are growing. There are more people in the room and they want to talk the same way. They want to say, well, because I said so, and walk out of the room. And you really have to learn to communicate with all audiences. And while you have been able to get very comfortable in your communication style, yeah, it's going to, it's going to have change and you're going to have to grow too.
