Adding too many new hires at once confuses your team because only you know the vision. Existing members get uncertain about what to say and who to trust, and the group becomes fragmented instead of moving together toward shared goals.
With one extra body in the room, your world can change, let alone if you add 4, 5, 6 extra bodies in the room. And now everybody's just looking at each other, not knowing what to say or what to do. Well, and who are these people? Can I trust them? And what are they, why are they here and what do they do? Are we all going the same direction? Right. The leader knows that when, when your management team is reacting that way. Yeah. That means that only the leader had this vision. Nobody else understands that. Yeah.
