And that's one of the hardest things, I think, for small businesses and small business owners to overcome. It's scary to niche down. It's scary to say, this is who I am and this is who I serve. The amazing thing that happens that we tell business owners and they never believe us till they experience it, and I get it, because I was that small business owner, too, is that when you own your niche, your marketing message, your brand, everything that you say and do becomes more simple and more clear.
