I demand that my job sites be kept that way as well. We are going into somebody's home. It is going to get messy. It is going to get dusty. It is going to get all that. But as we move, we can still make sure that our areas are stayed clean, whatever. But I think, I think the biggest thing is, as a woman, I think I brought in more of a detail-oriented, and that goes all the way around from how we work our projects to what details are put in the contract to what details are given to the guys. As far as the working, what we expect. And I think for me, I'm not a beat-around-the-bush person. Just say it as it is because I'm not a big pretend it doesn't happen or sweep it under the rug type of person. It happened. Let's face it. Let's figure it out and let's move on.
