NCLEX QUESTION TIP NUMBER 3 When you answer, select all that apply questions. Go through each answer individually as if you are answering it as a true or false question. This is the best strategy I found to help with this. Look at every individual answer and treat it as a true or false question. Read the question again and then look at the first answer and ask yourself is it true or false as as it relates to the question being asked, and then decide if it's correct or not. You must treat each answer individually. Some answers may be very similar, and that's okay. You can select both of them if you think that they are both correct even though they are very similar to one another. With SATA questions like these, all answers should be treated individually, and you shouldn't compare them with any of the other answers.
