You have to select the textbook answers for each question because that is what they are testing you on. So make sure that you do all of that textbook perfect nursing assessments, nursing interventions, and the answers that you select. And then answer each question as if you have unlimited time and unlimited resources. So like I said, NCLEX is a perfect world.
