Wake-Up Leaders Announcement

Good morning, leaders. I'm in beautiful Truckee, California, Tahoe Donner to be precise, one of my favorite places on earth. We're spending as much time as possible up here. It's really, really, really beautiful. And I thought that it was the ideal, on top of the mountain, the ideal places to launch what's next, to launch what's going to be next chapter for me. And the priority number one, and the number one thing that I'm going to do is taking care of my family. As I said in a different post, you know, the family is growing, the family is expanding, the family is getting older. I'm going to take care of them, right? I haven't done much of that in the past. I'm going to do it, right? That's priority number one, but it's not all. I wanted to give back to the community, I said. What does that mean? Excited. I'm thrilled. I am anxious as well to launch today from here, Wake Up Leaders, the network. What does that mean? I'd like to have a network and tools and resources given to all of you leaders in general, and sales leaders in particular. I think it's one of the most lonely leaders category in the world. The tools and the resources to grow your career to the next chapter. What does that mean? I'm going to put my sunglasses. This sun is really, really hard on me. What does that mean? 75% of the time, 75% of the activities is going to be podcasts and videocasts, really bringing that debate and that conversation, bold, unfiltered, irreverent, everything that has, you know, characterized my 35 years of professional experience in a podcast A bit of a unique format. What I'm going to do is twice a week, usually on Tuesday and Thursday, I'm going to do what I call Walk in the Park. Walk in the Park are going to be snippets of less than a minute where I bring a topic and I ask you to vote on the topic. Do you want it to be a podcast? Do you want it to go deeper or not? It's not worth it. Forget about it, Christophe. So, twice a week, Bringing topic, you vote, and based on the votes, then I record a podcast. Maybe one day we're going to go live. We're going to record a podcast that is slightly irreverent, bold, and unfiltered. I'll explain that later on, what exactly do I mean by this. And while you vote, if you really think that you can and want to contribute to the topic, let me know and I'll bring you in. In the podcast. That's going to be really, really fun. 70 to 80% of the activities. The remaining 30-ish percent is going to be divided in 2. One, I think, and I believe that maybe some of you would like to have more of a one-on-one experience, more of a, you know, hey, let's talk about me, how I can grow my career. If you want to do that for a modest sum, Because there is time involved on both sides. And as we say in sales, we want skin in the game, right? So we can have those conversations, more details in a minute. And the last one is if you want to have me around for a team meeting or a bigger meeting, then fine, let's go. And I can talk about whatever you want around leadership and sales leadership and sales in general. Uh, so that's gonna be, uh, that, the 3 things. How do I call them? Wake Up Leaders. Uh, umbrella is a website, which is, uh, wakeupleaders.net. Here it is over here, uh, where you have all the federation of these 3 things. It's a .net. It's not a .com. It's not a .biz. Uh, it's not here to make money. It's here to build a network, right? It's not a .org either. We're not a charity, but we are a network. So go to that site. You'll find also the podcast on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, everywhere, the YouTube channel over here that you guys, some of you already subscribed to. So I'm really excited. I'm very anxious to see if it's going to work, but this is what we're launching, Wake Up Leaders, the network. With the tools and the resources to get your career to the next level.
