Hi, I'm Dr. Cj Meadows. I'm the head of the Innovation Center at SP Jain School of Global Management's Singapore campus. I am the area head for the Consulting Management GmBA, as well as having a doctorate from Harvard Business School and being an Accenture IT strategy consultant and a serial entrepreneur. You know, ELO is an important part of the future of education. It's one of the leading technologies that we offer, one of the leading learning experiences that we offer. It enables people to keep pursuing their careers and mix performance and learning. They get to work and reflect and get a perspective of other people on what they do in their business day-to-day lives. You know, the ELO is engaging. No matter where you are in the world, you're logging in from people all over the rest of the world for not only leadership from a professor and great materials, but also for a real-time learning experience with people from other nations, in other fields, in other companies. We all learn from each other. The face-to-face experience is important for certain things. It's important for those informal contacts and conversations that can lead you to unexpected outcomes. In terms of a classroom experience, I find ELO just as engaging as a face-to-face classroom.
