Hello, everyone. I'm Joseph Luko, Director of Customer Success at clearpoint Strategy. I recently had the privilege of co presenting at the alliance for Innovation's Transforming Local Government conference with our longtime client, the city of Olathe, Kansas. Minutes before the presentation was set to begin, Toy Beninga, another clearpoint client, approached and asked if he could introduce us. The following video captures the impromptu introduction we received. We're so grateful to the organizations we partner with who allow us to share in their success. Enjoy.
A lot of hands tracking spreadsheets. This next hour is going to change your lives. I'm not joking. This is going to be a good hour for you, I think. If you get nothing else from the conference, I think this hour will be something worth your time. And so I hope you're as excited as I am for you guys to be here today. A little bit about my background with clearpoint. I've worked in two cities now, Fort Lauderdale and Raleigh, both cities that use clearpoint, So I can't imagine life without it. But I know the spreadsheet system well and I know that it can be challenging. Right. There's lots of issues that can come up trying to just maintain that data month to month. And so clearpoint is not only a wonderful tool that allows you to use and track your business plans and your strategic plans, but they're wonderful partners. I think that's an important point because they can not only help you with the consulting side, but they also can be there 247 if you have issues with Clearpoint, and they're always there to support you. So they're just great partners, friends now, after multiple years of using them. And you guys are also in a treat because Olathe and Ed Foley are in the room right now. Ed Foley is a rock star of local government. If you meet no one else this week, you need to meet Ed Foley and spend some time with him because they use clearpoint better than anyone. They know strategic planning better than anyone I've ever met. And Ed's not only a mentor to me, but a dear friend. And so you guys are in for a great treat over the next hour. I hope you're excited.
