ClearPoint Reports

Hey it's Jenna. Ready to start creating reports in clearpoint? I'll give you a quick tour. You can access all of your reports up here in the top. Navigation we'll go ahead and look at a couple scorecard reports. We have here our balanced scorecard report with our categories, objectives, measures, initiatives. We can also have a meeting agenda right here in clearpoint with our agenda, our calendar and our main elements that we want to look at during our meeting as well. And if you're looking at a lot of projects, you can have a Project Management dashboard with your initiative snapshot, your key initiatives and for tracking lots of KPIs. You could have something like our Matrix report here in Clearpoint as well, shows your status over time. I can export any of these reports in the top right hand corner by clicking Export to PDF can generate that export. It'll send it to me in an email and I'll get a notification when I'm done. The second type of report that people really like in clearpoint is under Documents and they are called Briefing books. And so here I'll add a new briefing book template, call it my Monthly Measure Report and I can select any pages that I want to include in this report like my meeting agenda, my matrix report and individual measures as well. If I want to, I'll click Save and then to create that report I'll just go ahead and click on the generate icon. Send to me and so I'll get that report via email and I'll get a notification in clearpoint when it's ready to go and you can even schedule those to generate automatically when you need them.
