Welcome to clearpoint. My name is Rachel and you're a scorecard administrator. You have all the tools you need to manage and report in clearpoint. In this video, we'll take a look at the unique actions you can take in clearpoint as a Scorecard admin. So as a scorecard admin, you can do anything the editors and updaters can do.
So feel free to check out those.
Videos in this series as well. And then Scorecard admins can also manage scorecards. They have access to create new summary reports, create and send reminder emails, and.
Set schedules for reminders and reports. Clicking into the top menu dropdowns, you'll see that you have access to different Manage pages for each strategic element type. If we click into the Manage Scorecards tab underneath the Scorecards top menu drop down, you can see that I can edit information about each of my scorecards listed here by clicking on the Edit pencil. I can edit my scorecard name as well as the categories that are associated with the scorecard from this page. I can also choose to copy forward information across the scorecard by clicking this button here. This takes statuses analysis and other update information from a monthly period of your choosing and lets you transfer the information to a more recent period.
Then if I click into one of.
My scorecards and head back up to the top menu drop downs Here you can see that I can create a summary report that showcases various aspects of my strategy for each element type here. Clearpoint has several report types available, including GANTT charts as an initiative summary report, as well as dashboard reports to display your measures matrix reports that can serve as a heat map for your data, and even a red alert report that's filtered to show the red measures in my account that are performing below. Target As a scorecard administrator, I can go to any Manage Reports page to add, edit, duplicate, or delete summary reports. Think about creating these reports as a place to showcase your data to different audiences for review meetings or or as a central location where users can make updates each month or quarter. Let's take a look at how we would add a simple Measure summary report. I'll first click this add button here to get started and I can go ahead and give my measure report a name like Measure Overview and then for Report type I'm going to go ahead and keep this as a standard grid report here, but you do have the options to select other styles as well. And then I'll head over to the Columns tab and this is where I can include any information about the measure as a column in the report. So for this one, maybe I'll include the Measures and then Analysis Owner and the Series status fields. Then if I click into the Measures tab here on the left, I can show measures from as many scorecards as I'd like. On the Filter tab I can also filter measures by characteristic. And on the Advanced Options tab I can insert things like Custom page breaks. Then I can go ahead and click Save and click here to view my new report. Looks pretty good. Lastly, we can also create summary reports at the scorecard level as well to serve as a landing page or dashboard for the scorecard. So if we click here on the Scorecards tab first I'll check out the welcome page, which is like a custom landing page, as well as the Balanced scorecard view, which is referencing an objective summary report. Once your scorecard is configured, keep your team on the same page by sending reminders by going to notifications, send reminders.
To let them know when something like.
Maybe their data needs to be updated. Reminders can be customized to different parts of your strategy and sent on a schedule, which takes away the hassle of tracking down your data for reporting. You can then create and schedule reports to be distributed to your team, as well as by going to documents and briefing books. Take full advantage of briefing books clearpoint's clickable PDF reports by specifying recipients for each report and scheduling when it should be sent to everyone's inbox.
And there you have it. Don't forget, if you have any questions about how to administer your scorecards in Clearpoint, you can reach out to our support team at supportlearpointstrategy.com Happy reporting.
