This is a YouTube video titled "Your Goals are Our Goals" containing a monologue or single-speaker discussion recorded on June 13, 2024. The speaker reflects on the onboarding process, mentioning team members Marissa and DeAndre, and discusses setting goals and benchmarks to achieve long-term plans. There is no indication of multiple speakers or the presence of Ted Jackson.

Marissa, who was there with us in onboarding, she was pushing us. You know, we gave her the goal and she was pushing us to meet our benchmarks. And then once we got that internal dashboard set, the next piece was taking those survey results and basically forwarding them all into that long term plan. And that's where DeAndre comes in. So they're setting dates and goals for you, just like you're setting for your team. And ultimately, I think that's what brought it together. It was like, look, this is our goal. Like, this is where we're going to be and, you know, we got it done.
