This is brought to you by agent.
Verified.Com A federal grand jury in Chicago has charged 23 defendants with participating in a fraud scheme through which they allegedly swindled 10 life insurance carriers out of at least 26 million in fraudulent benefits. The defendants submitted fraudulent applications to obtain life insurance policies in the names of various individuals and then induced the carriers to pay death benefits by knowingly misrepresenting the identity of a different deceased person as the insured, according to an indictment unsealed today in U.S. district Court in Chicago. The fraud scheme charged in the indictment began in 2013 and continued until last month. Among the defendants are sets of spouses and in some cases their children, as well as an insurance agent who owned a side business that performed medical examinations on applicants for term life insurance policies. The indictment seeks forfeiture from the defendants of at least $26 million in alleged ill gotten gains, as well as nine luxury automobiles, eight Rolex watches and properties in the Chicago suburbs of Orland Park, Bridgeview and Burbank. The indictment charges the 23 defendants with multiple counts of wire and mail fraud. Most of the defendants were arrested Thursday in Illinois and Florida and will be making initial appearances in federal courts in Chicago, Orlando, Tampa and Miami. The charges allege that the defendants paid premiums on the fraudulently obtained policies for two years, at which time the period for contestability expired, making it more difficult for insurance companies to decline death benefit claims. Fraudulent claims for death benefits would then be submitted using records that falsely identified a different deceased person as the insured, the indictment states. To support the fraudulent claims, the schemers obtained false death certificates in the names of the insureds and made false representations about the deceased person to law enforcement, first responders, medical personnel, funeral home staff and Cemetery employees. The charges allege.
The moral of the story is you should always make sure that your life insurance agent is verified on agent verified.com. if you need a life insurance agent, choose from thousands of agents and road workers by visiting ww.agentverified.com agent verified. Licensed insured verified. Okay, let's unpack.
This is brought to you with participating in a fraud scheme through which they allegedly. 23 defendants with participating in a fraud.
23 people.
I, I'm like, I'm. I mean this is not my head.
Around how many like pieces were involved here like this.
This is not your normal typical. I just wake up with an idea like I'm even trying to figure out how the. Because the public. This just harms. When life insurance companies get defrauded like this and premiums and stockholders and you know, you wonder why rates have to adjust or companies like yeah, life insurance companies. 26 million is not going to harm them, but 26 million to not defraud. It is. I mean, wow.
Well and I mean when you. There's so many people that were involved in this, like they had to get a death claim. They had to get this like just go and do the business. Like that actually probably would have been easier. Like if you're that smart to do all that, you can just go and protect families the right way. Like, like you. They could have just done that fraud.
Scheme through which they allegedly swindled 10 life insurance carriers out of at least 26 million in fraudulent benefits. The defendants submitted fraudulent applications to obtain life insurance policies in the names of various individuals and then induced the carriers to pay death benefits by knowingly misrepresenting the identity of a different deceased person as the insured. According to an indictment unsealed today in U.S. district Court in Chicago. The fraud scheme charged in the indictment began in 2013 and continued until last month. Among the defendants are sets of spouses and in some cases their children, as well as an insurance agent.
Okay, that's terrible. You got like, okay, what's our family business? Our family business is fraud. Like okay, we're going to go and defraud all these people and defraud the carriers. Like golly, there's, there's so many more productive things that could be done as a family business.
This is nuts.
Agent who owned a side business that performed medical examinations on applicants for term life insurance policies. The indictment seeks forfeiture from the defendants of at least $26 million in alleged ill gotten gains as well as nine luxury automobiles, eight Rolex watches and Properties in the Chicago suburbs of Orland Park, Bridgeview and Burbank.
So they got some money, they got some cars, they got some. I love how Rolex watches, not just luxury watches, Rolex watches, golly.
I mean, you just, they were just working the system because yeah, the two year is. I mean that's always such an important thing.
And we hear it all the time. Like it feels like that. It feels like everyone, even on our social media is all about, you know, do I have to wait two years? Two years? So I definitely want to explain that two year mark, but they even circumvented the two year mark, you know, and the two year mark is what scares most people. It's just a lot of confusion around that. So we're going to dive into that. But man, they even defrauded the two year mark. Geez Louise. All right, let's see.
These people were fraudulent. Claims for death benefits would then be submitted to using records that falsely identified a different deceased person as the insured, the indictment states. To support the fraudulent claims, the schemers obtained false death certificates in the names of the insureds and made false representations about the deceased person to law enforcement, first responders, medical personnel, funeral home staff, and cemetery employees. The charges allege the moral of the story.
So they're getting the police involved. Who else was it? Emt, medical staff, funeral home staff, cemetery? What were they doing? Like burying, like, I mean, you even.
Can your mind wonder if they do that. What if they were expediting the deaths of someone else?
I mean, this is. That was, that was crazy. Like, that's not.
I'm almost glad they didn't tell us their names. I don't even want no parts of that one.
We don't want, we don't want that associated with the podcast. That's funny.
Oh my goodness. But I do want to hop into that two year contestability period because you got a lot of folks out there that don't like life insurance and they hear, you know, two years, two years, two years. Let's talk about that two year contestability period. So, guys, every single life insurance policy in this country has A two year contestability period. So what does that mean? That means that I write the policy as the agent and you tell me everything proper and correct. Okay. You tell me that everything that's correct and the insurance company approves it. Right. They have within two years to come back and ask questions. Okay. Within that policy. Right. So contestability is all about the insurance company having two years to scrutinize the application as what you told us. Okay. Now if you told us everything truthful, you're fine, it's no problem. It just, it's just a little bit of a delay. Right. And meaning the delay is because they're going to want to ask for medical records. Okay. If they want to know, you know.
That you, like if you're saying like if someone passes away and it's been two years, it's within the first two years of you writing that policy, they're just going to ask some extra questions before paying out the death benefit and.
Even, even a little bit deeper. You have some companies that do within two years, they repo your medical records without a death just to make sure that what you told them is still accurate. Right? So I've had that happen before and it was, they lied to me. So then the insurance company found out before the two years and then they refunded them their money and said, you know, you, you didn't qualify because you withheld this information. So this is why it's utterly important to just be honest. We're brokers. The agents that we work with primarily are brokers. So we can go to another company, okay? But it's much better than crossing our fingers and hoping that nothing happens in two years. Because if you know the worst thing, you're just putting your family in harm's way. Because if you pass away within those two years and you withheld this and they're thinking that they have this money set aside to continue with the legacy. Well, the insurance company is going to scrutinize the application to make sure that what you told us at the time of the application was accurate according to your medical records and, and all the doctor's notes. But you tell the truth, they're going to ask for the medical records anyway and it's going to say, hey, here, this happened after the application, you're covered, right? And you're fine. So. And then the other thing with the two years that is a stigma in the industry is, guys, when you wait to get life insurance after you're not healthy, you run the risk of insurance companies waiting two years to Give you the full face amount. Give you access to the full face amount. Okay. Making that policy fully active for the entire face amount. So you have what you call a graded period or a guaranteed issue whole life. So a guaranteed issue period where they know there's something wrong with you so they're not going to ask any questions. Right. It's kind of backwards right from the contestability period because we still have that two year wait period. So they just say, hey, I know there's something there. We're not going to ask. And the reason we're not going to ask is because we don't care. Because if you pass away within the two years, we, we're going to give you your money and some carriers do your money plus 10%. So we say, hey, we're going to give you your money back plus 10%. And to be honest, where are you going to put your money guaranteed and get 10% with no risk at all Right now? Nowhere. Okay. So they make it to where you're not losing. Right. So that's the, the two year on when you're waiting until health is just in a frenzy. Right. And if you develop cancer, we have options. We, if you kidney, like if you have terminal illness issues, we have options for you. And that's where that two year no medical question ask program comes into play. So awesome.
Just good information to know so that like every agent you talk to is going to say, should be saying the same thing because it's, it's that standard across.
I think they don't, I think agents don't share the same thing because if their company doesn't offer that they may not know about it.
Right, right. Well I'm saying like when you're talking about two years of contestability and then like you know, the guaranteed issue, maybe their company doesn't offer it. But if you're talking to someone about a guaranteed issue or a graded policy that is going to be the same. And so guys, you know, you can hop into agent verified, you can look and see at the different agents that are verified on there and in their profile it's going to share what, what carriers they're contracted with. And you know, it's great to be with someone that, or to work with someone that has multiple carriers. Because what that means is if you've got a health issue or you're taking some medication, like maybe one carrier would, would say hey no, we can't get you covered. Well that's okay. They can just pivot to another carrier that's going to get you covered. Like the important thing is to have that protection for your family, you know, so it's like, hey, we're not married to any one carrier. We're focused on helping the client. Right. We want to focus on helping you protecting your family. So that's why we like to work as brokers, so we can have different options available.
Absolutely.
All right, let's go hear a little bit from the bill payers and then we'll be back. Life insurance is one of the most important decisions you'll ever make. And it often starts with a conversation. But before you speak with any agent, ask yourself one question. Do I really know who I'm talking to? Agent verified is the standard for verifying licensed life insurance professionals. So let's see, what are we talking about today? Spence, it's story time.
Yeah. What are we talking about today?
Well, today we're going to talk about one of my favorites. You know what it is? One of my favorite things to talk about when I'm talking with families is a type of product called Debt Free Life. Now, Spencer, what we found though is that people don't love to talk about debt. Have you found anyone that loves to be like, hey, I got all this debt, Let me tell you all about it.
No, no, no, not at all. Everyone hides it, but we can see it. Trust you, me, like, all I do.
Is everyone has it.
Everyone.
Like, I mean, why did I get so excited about starting with Debt Free Life back in 2019? Guess what? It's because I was in debt. Yeah, Like, I was like, oh my gosh, I need this, you know? So we have a. We have a policy type called Debt Free Life where we leverage life insurance to help you pay off your debt. But you don't have to like start only eating rice and beans and have this like super, super hard lifestyle where it's like, let's just stuff it up and grind it out, you know? Like people got to live their lives, you know what I'm saying? I mean, I don't know about you, Spencer, but when I'm working with families, like they're just trying to survive, you know, like they're trying to get their kids to school, make sure everybody's fed, you know, like, just go to work, come home, not get stressed. Like that's what most people are just trying to do. And so the thought of, like, all right, well, hey, now we're going to change this and you're gonna have this super stringent lifestyle. I'm not stressed just thinking about that. Like, it doesn't work. So one of. So was able to help a family this week with debt free life. Because I love doing debt free life. And so they, you know, they had a home, they had some credit card bills, they had a car loan, student loan. Honestly, the student loans are such a, such a craziness. But we, we still, we still figure it out. Like, you know, personal loans, like for, you know, furniture and stuff like that. When they moved into their home. So they were, it was going to be about 28 years, Javon. Before everything. 28 years now, you know, that's the house, right? And so then if it's all of the debt outside of the house, it's still, they were still looking at it like eight, nine years before everything was going to be paid off.
Wow.
And you know, like, that's just heavy. That's just heavy on a family, you.
Know, doesn't make you feel like there's an ending. Like 28 years. Like it's you just.
And they kept talking about what it was keeping them from doing, right? Like it was keeping them from putting extra money into their kids savings funds. It was keeping them from putting more into their retirement. It was keeping them from, you know, just doing fun stuff as a family. Because here's the thing. This, this family right here, they were trying so hard to get out of debt. Like they really wanted to get out of debt. So they were throwing all this extra money at their house payment, at their credit card payments. And I was like, there's a better way.
There is a better way.
So, man, we were just able to get all of that. Like, so we didn't change our budget, right? We didn't have to say, you know, go find an extra 300, go find an extra two. Like we just said, hey, what you're already doing, let's take the extra money and let's redirect it so that we can help you pay it off faster. So. Because they just redirected that money, Javon, guess what? It's not gonna be 28 years anymore. Just guess, just guess.
How many years do you think 28 years. How much did you find in reallocation?
So in reallocation we found 600.
I'll say six years.
Six years. Six years and four months.
Boom. I'm a little good at that too. Don't think. I. I'm a little good at it too.
I mean, you might have written a couple of these yourself as well, but you know, man, just, just love doing these. So they're able to get out of debt. So six months, Six years. I wish. Six years, four months. And now they're also going to have a nice nest egg of like $950,000 after they've paid off their debt. That math is mathing in ways. That is just beautiful. So, yeah, congratulations.
Good job. Good job. I can tell you, being in my own debt free life policy, it messes with your psyche. Because now. Yeah, because now all I want to do is take money and throw it in the policy. Right? So I'll meet. All I want to do is take my money, put in the policy when it's, you know, it's so frustrating once you learn it is at the end of the month when you have some money in the bank and they add that.03 or that01 of interest earned and you're like, let me get my money, Let me get my money and put it in my policy. So, you know, my wife and I, we do our finance meetings and all. I can sit there like, okay, get rid of this, get rid of this, put this over here. Like, it's like, you know, you have a resource that you can dump the money into your life insurance, wait a couple weeks, pull it back out, that money's earning interest and now pay the debt before you just, you know, paying bills. So now I totally get it. But it does mess with your psyche because now you just want your balance sheet to be at zero, you know, like, right?
And you're like, okay, no, it's easier to just pay groceries from the bank account.
But yeah, hoa. Put it in the bank. Put it in my own bank, you know. And you know guys, a lot of people, just for the agents that listen to us, they feel that it's great to try to do this with an iul. It's not like we're talking about participating whole lives with paid up additions. A properly structured one allows you to do way more than that iul. So when we talk and get out of debt and bank and all that, we're talking about a different product. And you know, as you see, you can find us on agent verified if you like to learn more about it. I have a lot of tutorials and I got a lot of training out there for the consumer. But just know, stop putting people in Iuls talking about being your own bank and asking them to start with 5,6000, you can actually do it. I, I did policy starting with 500. I minimized it to just 150 bucks a week. You know, mentally that's what I did to get started. And you know, same, same crazy numbers like that. So pretty.
I mean I started mine when, because I mean we were not in a great situation. I mean it was we, when we started ours. I think our very first one was $200 and no, it was 150 and then the one after that we are like, all right, we're going to do 250. You know, so it's like you can, you could have multiple ones and you know, we can help you get them set up. Absolutely. But just, just know that yeah, that par whole life, that's the one that, that really gets that infinite banking. Then we add in the Iuls for like we do it all. But you know, when you're, when you're talking about those, those specific things, the DFL and the infinite banking is, is definitely not participating whole life. So sure gotta love them. All right, well, so that's dfl we have to go. Let's, let's go. Let's do another fraud story. Oh man.
Oh man.

This is brought to you by agent.
Verified.Com Saul Hinayosa was sentenced to one felony count of identity theft and one felony count of grand theft. After stealing his clients identities to write fraudulent insurance policies to collect unearned commissions, Inohsa was sentenced to 150 days in jail through work release and to pay over $18,000 in restitution. In February 2017, Hinoyosa's employer reported an internal investigation in which they suspected Hinojosa had written fraudulent pre need burial policies and collected unearned commissions. In July 2017, a consumer reported to the California Department of Insurance that they had received a new unrequested life insurance policy produced by Hinohosa, whom the consumer had previously dealt with when Hinojosa was an agent at another insurance company. A joint investigation by the department and the Riverside County District Attorney's office found that between May 2016 and February 2017, Hinojosa wrote 15 fraudulent pre need burial policies and 13 fraudulent life insurance policies. To write the policies policies, Hinojosa used his former insurance clients identities without their knowledge. Hinojosa received approximately $18,000 in commissions from the fraudulent policies. The Department of Insurance will be taking appropriate action against hinojosa's license. The Riverside County District the moral of.
The story is you should always make sure that your life insurance agent is verified on agentverified.com if you need a life insurance agent, choose from thousands of agents and brokers by visiting ww.agentverified.com agent verified. Licensed, insured, verified.
Wow.
I think this is what people are the most scared of when they start having to share information. Don't you think John? That's what they're most scared of is like hey, what are you gonna do with my banking information, with my Social Security, like with my personal information? How do I know that I can trust you? And I mean man, this like, let's just lay it all out there. That's, that's why, that's why people are nervous about it. And guys like this is why we started this podcast. This is why we started Agent Verified so that you could protect yourself and you could know like, hey, the person that I'm working with, they are verified, they've gone through this additional verification. Their license is good, it's active, it's there. They are who they say they are. You know, that's what people have to do to get onto this platform. They have insurance like to be on agent Verified, the agent has to have, we call it EO or errors and emissions insurance so that if something happens, you, the client are still protected. But yeah, like whoo. This one, this one just hits back to the absolute reason that we started this whole thing.
Paul Hina Yosa was sentenced to one felony count of identity theft and one felony count of grand theft after stealing his clients identities to write fraudulent Insurance policies to collect unearned commissions. Honestly sentenced to 100.
I think he got off light. I freaking think he got off super light. He must be older because 150 days at work release that like. No, that is a slap on the wrist for sure.
Like that's, that's nothing. That's not even a year.
150 days in jail through work release and to pay over $18,000 in restitution. In February 2017, Hinoyosa's employer reported an incident internal investigation in which they suspected Hinojosa had written fraudulent pre need burial policies and collected unearned commissions. In July 2017, a consumer reported to the California department of Insurance that they had received a new unrequested life insurance policy produced by Hinohosa, whom the consumer had previously dealt with when Hinohosa was an agent at another insurance company.
Trent, he's taking info. I mean I know a friend of mine who literally got racked up $40,000 of chargebacks because of a situation like this.
Yes, 40,000 in chargebacks.
40,000 because she worked for one insurance company and was writing it under another insurance company. Was under her downline. $40,000 of chargebacks off of this same thing here. I think this guy should have been made an example. This is crazy.
This is crazy. But you know, I want to just highlight again to, you know, to our listeners here. If something feels off, call in. Like, don't, don't hesitate. Pick up the phone call. Like the department of insurance fraud. Like a department of Insurance, they take this stuff seriously. Like if there's, and, and here's the thing. If the agent is doing the right thing, no problem. They, they have nothing to hide. They have absolutely nothing to hide. And when they don't, then you're going to protect yourself, your family, your finances. Like, don't be afraid to speak up.
A joint investigation by the department and the Riverside County District attorney's office found that between May 2016 and February, February 2017, Hinojosa wrote 15 fraudulent pre need burial policies and 13 fraudulent life insurance policies. To write the policies, Hinojosa used his former insurance clients identities without their knowledge. Hinojosa received approximately $18,000 in commissions from the fraudulent policies. The department of insurance will be taking appropriate action against hinohosa's license. The Riverside county district.
The moral of this, I mean, yeah, they need to be taken action against his license. They need to be taken away his license.
Man.
Well, and it's like, okay, I mean this is. But it was 18,000 in commissions. Like, he could have just written that.
He could have just written that in a month, in a week.
That's true. You could literally do it in a week. Like, so, I mean, man, when people are doing stuff like this, it's not like, just. Just reach out, talk to someone. Like, this is so wrong. Protect your family, protect yourself.
Like, and then he was like, sending the policies to their house. Who wakes up and says, oh, I didn't. Did you order a life insurance policy? I didn't order a life insurance policy that you were.
Life insurance. Like, of course they're gonna know that something's wrong. Like, so maybe. I mean, so, yeah, maybe this is. This is just a crazy case all the way around.
I think it was. I think he should have been definitely at least a year or two, you know, for sure. 18. That. Yeah. No, he. He must have. I don't know what he did, but I don't care to know. He wasn't on agentverified.com so make sure.
That is very sure. He wasn't. So make sure. Make sure your agent. All you got to do, go to agent verified.com, look up your agent's name, and man, if they're verified, you know, you know that well. Oh, here's the other thing I was gonna say. On Agent Verified, we have reviews, right? So, like, you can get. There's reviews from previous clients, so you can be working with people where you see, okay, hey, this is legitimate, right? And okay, no, they. They helped me get my policy. I've received it, you know, from the insurance carrier. Like, you can actually see those reviews and know who you're working with before you start working with them. So it's, you know, just all there again just to help protect yourself. So for sure, take advantage of that.
For sure.
All right, well, let's go. Let's go see what our. What our sponsors have to say, and then we'll be back.
Hey, if you're tired of clocking in, getting underpaid, or just want more control of your time and income, we're hiring. Okay. Okay. It is time for us to talk a little bit about how our week has gone. What's going on in The Spencer Agency. Mr. Javon People.
I mean, Spencer people. People everywhere, man. You know, we got agents that's just getting started and, you know, doing their baby steps, and they're writing their first applications and they're excited and they're having that feeling of helping those families. And again, that's honestly the best feeling ever, right? Just. It really is. Watching them go from I'm not sure I can do this in the licensing stage to I think I can. I think I can. To I'm doing this. And then they get a review and on agent verified, and they're like, I did this, right? And it's just watching that confidence over and over and over. So have a few folks that's gaining that confidence. Few folks passed their exams this week, so they're walking in there full of energy. I'm just excited, like, I really am. It's. It's been a big focus, you know, for us. And. And it's awkward because they look at us, they look at me like a unicorn, and I look at them like, man, you are just getting started, and it's so amazing. Like, you're coming in at a time with agent verified, with leads, with digital, with your remote. You don't have to go drive around the city or you don't have to go knock on doors.
Multiple cities.
Yeah, multiple cities, multiple states. You don't have to stay in a hotel, right? You just walk downstairs or walk to your work area, put on your headset, and ask someone that's asking for our help. Did you get help yet? Would you like me to help you? Like, I'm simplifying it, but really, that's really the hard part about it, so. And they're coming from so many different outfits, but as that's been the really, really cool part about what's been happening in the agency. And how about the bar, man?
The bar agency. So we had. We had 10 new agents. So we, you know, bring them on, get them go through training, but we had 10 new that got their contracts, like, signed, ready to go. So this was, I think, one of our biggest weeks ever in getting agents back. So I was like, I want this to be the new norm. You know what I'm saying? Like, gotta be it. So, yeah, so then we've also. What. What we. What I love about how we do is we have, like, a training room. We call it the Aloha Room in our Zoom Breakout. So they're in there, they're doing their training, they're seeing it. They're, like, going to the different you know, conference calls that we've got. But they're basically in there with our onboarding team, you know, just getting everything done that they need to. And then the other agents are in the dial room, in the work room with me. And so, you know, we're answering questions there about, you know, how to underwrite a case, how to help clients, you know, listening to each other's dials, you know, and so it's just been so exciting to see the new agents that have come on and they're like, all right, it's almost time for me to get to the workroom. So I love that there's like that anticipation and excitement of like, hey, I'm in here, I'm in here working with the onboarding team. But now, now it's time for me to go into the workroom and. And then we do coaching sessions with agents, at least do a monthly check in. We have regular coaching sessions, but did a check in with an agent who is just crushing. I mean, she's like doing all these, all these dials, like connecting with so many clients. But we recognize, like, she's not writing as many policies as she was would. As I would, you know, she would think that she should be. So we started kind of dissecting the process. And you know what's so awesome about the Aloha program that we have in the bar agency is like, everything is just so clear cut. And so it wasn't like, oh, well, I feel like this is wrong or. And then I wasn't trying to be like, oh, well, I think this might be the problem. Like because of the processes and the structures we have in place, we were able to like pinpoint, oh, hey, this is. If you can just change and tweak this one little thing. And then the rest of the week it was like night and day. It was like night and day. And she was like all of a sudden protecting so many families, getting so many policies on the book. I mean, just phenomenal, you know, like, and I think that's what's so exciting is for agents to know that we can bring on all these agents and offer them an opportunity to come and protect families and change their family's life. I mean, I know being an insurance has totally changed our family's life, but know, like, hey, we have such a system and a process for you to come in. No one's going to be overlooked. You know, we're not going to like, baby you or anything, but anything you need, like, we're there to, to give you that Boost so that you can focus on the most important thing. Getting those families protected. So that's what I'm excited about this week. Just seeing. Just seeing people get plugged in and, like, the system work. Like, it actually works.
I had an agent that said I pulled the bandage off and I got my first hang up, and I called her, was like, yes, yes. Get it out the way. Your first hang up. Freaking awesome. And she was like, you're celebrating that? I'm like, yeah, because now we are. Now we're in here, you know? So she was like, yeah. And I had a saying that I shared with the team that was pretty awesome. Beware. You might want to borrow this too, Betsy. It says, beware. Learning more is a smart person's favorite form of procrastination.
Oh, I do like that.
Learning more is a smart person's favorite form of procrastination. Because I had all these agents, and they're like, I need to learn more. I need to learn. I need to learn. And I go create. And I'm like, you know what? You're not going to learn no more than when you pick up the phone. It's time to pick up the phone, ladies and gentlemen. Learning more, you just got to do it. I'm going to be here. I'm a text or a call away. Your team is here. We got AI helping you.
Like, it's all you got to do is just. Is just do it. Like, we have all the support that you need, so all you have to focus on is just going and doing it. Someone asked me. Someone asked me today or earlier this week. They were like, betsy, were you ever nervous during your first appointment? I just buzzed out. I was like, are you serious? I still remember pulling into the home for my first appointment. Javon. I had paper applications, Like, I had MM spread out all over their table. I was filling out the wrong form. I was calling my upline. What do I put here? And then, like, taking a screenshot of it was like, yes, I was absolutely nervous. But because I did that, now I'm like, if I could. You know, it's so much easier now.
To get trained and go, yeah, you can't miss anything. Can you imagine missing a signature, missing an answer? Got to go back to their home. It's a disaster.
So, I mean, like, now you can't even click through that. Yeah, they have it. So I'm like, so much easier. So much easier. Oh, gosh.
But yeah, if you want to join the Spencer team, you know where to find me. Agent verified. Dot Com. But here's the thing we don't take. You know, if you're newly licensed or you need help getting licensed, I can help you. So if you want to join my stream, we now. Yeah, we don't. We don't.
We've also got. We've also got the bar agency. You're welcome to join us, guys. The great thing is Javon and I are in. We own different agencies, but we collaborate, we work together. And that's really just kind of how we are just in our whole kind of parent company. We love working together and celebrating each other. You know, we have, we have a little friendly competition back and forth. But, you know, this is, this is the great part about the industry when there's so much, when there's so much wealth to be shared and like just wealth of resources, wealth of opportunities for people to come and help other family help. Help families be protected. Like, find the right fit, find the right place for you. Get plugged in and go make it happen. But. All right, let's finish it off.
