So you have planned your important presentation and now wondering how to effectively finish it. Hi everyone, my name is Haritosh Srivastav. I am an IT project manager, bestseller author, certified mentor, and a public speaking coach. And in this video, I'm going to talk about 3 quick tips you can use to effectively conclude your talk. So you laid out the perfect speech. You know how you're going to start, you know how you will transition, and you're now wondering how to conclude the talk so that your audience remembers it, becomes the effective finish. How do you do that? Now I'm gonna share 3 tips. So this is number 1, which is pretty obvious also. Give a summary. You give a short summary of everything that you talked about in probably 30 seconds or 1 minute to talk about. I— we discussed this and this and this, and that's an effective close. Number 2, give a relevant story. Now, an effective contextual story which clearly outlines the point you mentioned can be the icing on the cake. So you, you could say, okay, this is the story which actually talks about all the points we discussed, and you end it right there. And the third and the most important one which can be really, really helpful for you is something we call CTA, which is call to action. You want to tell your audience what exact action, what exact steps they are going to take as a result of your discussion, your talk, and that becomes your effective finish. So those are the 3 ways you can effectively conclude your talk. Give a summary, tell a relevant story, or most effective, give them a call to action.
