In this YouTube presentation, the speaker outlines a framework of five essential elements—Courses, Coaching, Challenges, Certification, and Community—that together build confidence in storytelling. He explains each "C" in detail, emphasizing the need for structured learning (courses), personalized guidance (coaching), deliberate practice outside comfort zones (challenges), formal recognition of skill (certification), and the supportive environment of a peer group (community). Throughout, he uses interactive prompts to engage the audience, references mentors and community members, and stresses that confidence is earned through a marathon‑like, consistent effort rather than a quick fix.

If you want to become a confident storyteller just like some of the storytellers today, you need to have these 5 C's. These 5 C's can truly make you a confident storyteller. You want to know what are those 5 C's? Type 5 in the chat. All right, let's have some fun. All right, so the first C is, of course, you need to have courses. Now I know the moment I take the name of the courses, lot of people start cringing. Oh no, another course! But unless— guys, understand, if you do not get the input, how will you get the output? If you do not learn, how will you deliver? And with the courses, and specifically online courses, you have such a leverage that you can go as many times as you want. You don't have to be in the same place as your coach or mentor or guru all the time. As my mentor says that, no, you guys, I— we— he has over 26,000+ mentees, and he says, I am playing with my son while you are learning what you want to learn, what you need to learn. So the first C that can help you become a confident storyteller is course. Number 2, coaching. Now there is some real deep value in getting coached. And if you look at all the successful trainer, coach, entrepreneur, you look at anyone who's successful, you can definitely find, and with Today being Guru Purnima, this is so, so important to have a coach. I'm not saying have me as your coach, but have a coach. There is a criteria. You need to have that rhythm, you need to have that vibe match. But once you find that coach, don't leave that coach. The third C is challenges. Unless until you challenge yourself, unless until you participate and go out you're not gonna become confident. A lot of people think that, yeah, you are either confident or not confident. Let me tell you, you earn confidence. Let me repeat that again: you earn confidence. And how do you earn that? By challenging yourself, by going out there, by pushing your comfort zone, going out of that envelope. Once you keep doing that again and again and again Someday that breakthrough happens. Someday people will say, I am so inspired by you, I learned so much from you. So you may not notice that immediately, but we are talking about marathon, and becoming a storyteller, confident storyteller, is a marathon, not a sprint, not a get-rich-quick scheme. How many of you agree to that? Type A in the chat. How many of you agree to becoming a great storyteller requires to go through the marathon? Awesome, amazing. Let's move on to the fourth C, which is certification. Now, this certification doesn't always have to come from the universities or the great places. But the certification here is what gives you the inner strength. What, what is that certificate that you can hold to your chest when you get? What is that certificate that can help you get your brand out there? That is the 4C. And the last and the most critical of all of these 5Cs are The community. The reason we are building a community, the reason we are so successful, the reason our members are there is because we have this community vibe. And if you want to become a confident storyteller, by any means get into a storytelling community, because once you get there You know, as they say, if you want to elevate yourself, you need to look at the people— let me stop sharing here— if you want to elevate yourself, you need to look at the people you are spending the most time with. Jim Rohn had said, you are the average of top 5 people you spend the most time with. And if you need to increase your worth, if you need to elevate your presence, you have to get into those communities, get into those rooms where people are inspiring, amazing, Do you think listening and, and working with people like Rajesh, Minu, Akansha, and others will elevate your presence, will elevate your storytelling? Type agree in the chat if you think so. And that is why the 5th C, the most important C in your journey of becoming a confident storyteller, is getting into a community.
